The King's Community Project

This is a new project, which has come out of our older King's Centre Family Project which was a partnership between Spurgeon's and Frampton Park Baptist Church. The King's Community Project runs clubs using the church building.  These consist of:

 

Parent/Carer/Toddler Groups:-

Tuesday - 'Mini Club' (for children 3 years and under) 10am - 12 noon

Wednesday - Toddler Group ( for children  2 years and under) 10am - 12 noon

Thursday - Toddler Group ( for children  over 2 years)  10am - 12 noon

Friday - Workshop sessions (for parents and children 0 - 3 years) 10am -12 noon

 

Saturday Homework Club ( for children of primary school age) 10.30am - 12.30pm (run in partnership with Hackney Bangladeshi Cultural Association)

 

Other Groups:-

Strengthening Families Strengthening communities, a 14 week parenting course Thursdays 10am - 1pm

Sessional groups: Money Matters, Positive Discipline, Anger Management, Speakeasy Sexual Health,

Esol Classes Mondays and Wednesdays 9.30 - 11.30am ( run in partnership with Hackney College)

 

We can only run with the fantastic help of some great volunteers.
